Rules for Entry
All entries on official entry form, to be returned to entry secretary in full, with entry fee of 1.50 per athlete.
Payable to "Cambs AA",  no team entry fee.
 
Closing date for entries - Saturday 29th December 2007.
 
Clubs have been sent entry forms for individual and team entries. Anyone requiring an entry form please
contact the championship Secretary below.
The individuals completing entry forms will be responsible for entries being correct.
Incorrect entries may lead to disqualification on the day.

All entry fees must be paid in advance or competitors will be excluded from the championships.

 

CHECK CAREFULLY- No athlete shall join in a cross-country race who is not qualified to compete. Athletes

infringing this rule shall be liable to expulsion from any race under the jurisdiction of UK Athletics and could
render their club liable to disqualification.
 
Late entries will not be excepted, entry fee must be enclosed.
 
Athlete's must be eligible to compete under UK Athletics Rules.
 
There will also be an U11 Boys and Girls (Aged 8 to under 11 years) non championship race,
entry will be free, but entry form must be received by 29th December 2007.

Club Vests: Athletes must wear the vest of their first claim club; otherwise individuals are liable for disqualification.
Numbers: Will be issued at registration in Priory Park. They must be worn as issued; otherwise individuals
 are liable for disqualification.
 
Age Groups: As UK Athletics Rules. Age as at 31 August 2007, except U20 31 December 2007.
Minimum age: The U13 Age group shall be confined to competitors who are aged 11 years on the day of
competition or 12 years on 31 August 2007.
 
VETERANS  As on the day of competition, the age categories are: Men: 40/50/60 Women: 35/45/55
 
Teams
Senior Men: The first six to score. The senior team can comprise seniors, veterans and juniors. Senior
Women: The first three to score. The senior team can comprise seniors, veterans and juniors.
All other Age Groups: The first three to score.
Veteran Teams: Can comprise of competitors from any veteran category.
In all age groups the first 6/3 will score for team "A", if the team consists of more than 6/3, the next 6/3
constitutes team "B" and so on. Awards: Cambs AA medals will be awarded to the first three individual
and the first three teams in each race.
 

FIRSTAID - Will be in attendance.

CHANGING - The pavilion in Priory Park.
PARKING - ST Neots Rugby Club, Almond Rd (adj to Priory Park).
