Track & FieldTRACK and FIELD Championships 2010The 2010 Cambridgeshire AA T&F championships will take place on Saturday May 8th at the One leisure St Outdoor centre, California Rd, St Ives.
This year we will have electronic timing for track events.
This year the 3000m championship will take place on Wednesday May 26th at the Evening Devt meeting at St Ives, and the Steeplechase events on July 21st at the Evening Devt meeting at St Ives (along with the 1 mile championship).
In order to eligible for Cambs AA medals in the 3000m, steeplechase and mile championship events at the evening Devt meetings, athletes must enter one week in advance.
Athletes can also enter on the night but will then not be eligible for Cambs AA medals.
Cambs AA Evening Development Open meetings 2010Wednesday May 26th, Wednesday June 9th and Wednesday July 21st. Incorporating BMC Regional races (800m and 1500m) on June 9th (entry via BMC website) Including the Cambs AA Championships for 3000m, Steeplechase and 1 Mile (These are also Open events) County Teams selection for 2010All Females - Team manager Anne Borkett
Teams will be selected for CAU intercounties - May 30/31st, SEAA U15/U20 Intercounties on 28th August
and the Beemax Trophy (Senior) - Sept 11th
Senior Men - Team manager - Michael Smith
Teams will be selected for CAU Intercounties- May 30/31st, and for the Hibberd Trophy (Sept 11th)
U15, and U17 and U20males - Team Manger - Vacant
Teams will be selected for SEAA U15 Intercounties on August 28th and Peterhouse
Trophy (U17) - Sept 11th
The team managers will contact you if you are selected.
Selection is normally based on the results of County AA Championships, County Schools
championships, SEAA Championships, ECAA Championships and any known league results.
Winners of events at the County AA championships will be given special consideration, but
their selection cannot be guaranteed.
